Reinforced concrete pool. 2016 Bald Hill

This pool is a reinforced concrete pool that was built for vinyl. The liner is fixed with a special underwater retainer which has to be replaced to ensure a watertight seal. This pool required some rendering to the floor due to some erosion from water under the liner, and serves as a warning to get a leaking pool fixed promptly. Water can damage the smooth finish of concrete if left for any length of time leading to added costs involved in rendering.
